Booked myself in for a wet haircut at £19.50 as I needed a trim but didn’t want to spend my usual £40. The stylist told me she needed to dry my hair before she could cut it... and then charged me £34 at the end of the cut. Felt too embarrassed to query, so shelled out the extra £14.50. Also had to go get cash out after the cut because you can’t pay on card - should be a sign on the door / clearer on Treatwell.
The cut itself was just a trim... it looks okay, but not as nice as my last trim at a different salon. No shaping at all. Won’t be coming back.
