Sue is absolutely lovely. She did a great job of the cut and gave me tips for keeping my hair in great condition.
It’s a lovely salon and really great you get offered a proper barista coffee! I would have liked the hairdresser to spend a little more time hearing what I wanted before we started as it was a bit rushed, but the cut was good, she spent a while making sure everything was even and the salon was lovey.
Due to a backlog in the morning the team were running a bit behind schedule. The staff were incredibly polite about it and gave me an additional treatment to compensate for delay. Staff were very friendly and looked after me well (drink offered multiple times). Hair was cut and dried as desired. Will definitely be going back.
Nice haircut although some confusion over the fringe. Am getting great compliments on my cut!
