Treatment was not according to the description e.g. Hair was not being washed or no thorough consultation on hair styles. Staff was rather unprofessional and did not appreciate that I was not in the mood to have a conversation after a tiring day at work. Overall value for money was disappointing for a 20 min haircut.
My son was happy with the experience so guess we'll be going again

Sue was absolutely fantastic. She read my mind and took so much time and care on my hair in a personable and friendly manner. I couldn't recommend her more!
