First of all let me say that I never leave reviews, but am only doing so on this occasion because I would not wish my experience at this salon on my worst enemy. I had a partial balayage, haircut, and blowdry booked with Sue the other day. I began the appointment by telling her that I had somewhere to be later in the day and that if she didn’t have time to do the balayage then to just give me the haircut. She assured me that she could finish in time. Once she finished the ‘balayage’ part, she asked me if I’d like a toner. I expressed my concern about time once again and she reassured me again that she would have time, I am assuming she was trying to get me to do this because it was an extra cost and she wanted the money. Once the toner was done there was only about 10-15 left until I had to leave. She asked how I wanted my haircut and I told her a I just wanted a trim because I like the length. She twisted my hair up and cut my hair off all in one snip. She cut off about 15+ cm of my hair, cutting off about 5 years worth of me growing my hair long. As she began to blowdry my hair I saw how the ‘balayage’ looked. And it looked more like an ombré at my roots. It was also very spotty. Not only that but my hair also has somewhat of a side fringe now, where the front part of my hair goes from long to short. Also my dead ends are still very visible throughout my hair. It looks so bad I have not gone out in public with it yet because it looks so bad and I am embarrassed so I am waiting until I can get it fixed. My hair looked better before I got it done and I am absolutely devastated by the appearance of my hair after my experience with sue. Do not let this woman touch your hair. If I could give zero stars I would.
I had a very good experience at the salon. I was offered coffe and biscuits. Got a great hairwash treatment.

Lovely friendly chat, wonderful haircut and a delicious banana milkshake to top it off. Will be going back.
