Jennie was lovely and I had a really calm and good experience. The salon is lovely. Birdsong from the garden whilst I had my hair washed was beautiful, and a nice coffee whilst Jennie cut my hair. It was a quick and good cut and a proper blow dry.
Jenny did a great job at cutting my hair, making sure to ask about what I wanted and double checking on how much I wanted off the length. It was quiet in the salon due to the time of day. It was lovely to be offered a drink. It would have been great to be offered a little more input around options for the haircut.
Cut and blow dry were good but didn’t felt very welcomed in the store. Maybe they were in a bad mood
Anita was great. We discussed what I wanted and then she did exactly what I’d asked for.
