Have been several times and this time the cut was too long and the colour was not what I wanted. They'd made a note of what I had last time (dye for Balayage) but this time it took away all the remaining nice natural blonde and looked ginger. The front of my hair looks a bit Ginger Spice. I did let the stylist know it wasn't what I wanted but she had no answer for me. She also let me know that after the toner (that I paid for) wore out it would go back to the gingery shade (which hasn't really gone anyway). I also wanted it shorter than they cut and I did say this again when she'd cut it, but she told me once it dried it would be shorter. Marginally was, but still longer than I wanted. It had run over by almost 1h30m so I had to leave unhappy. Stylist was very nice, but not particularly responsive to what I was saying. Really disappointed as have been so happy in the past.
Just FYI - the services also take much longer than the 3 hours they advertise (on previous occasions it hasn't mattered as I've been really happy).
Nice salon, but hair dresser I had wasn't as good as a previous girl. She barely spoke to me. The hair cut was pretty basic so fine, but resent paying so much for something so easy.
