Although the staff was very nice and I was offered something to drink several times through out my treatment, I was worried because English was a struggle for the hair stylist and I was holding my breath the whole time worried if she'd understood. She had and the highlights were very natural as requested. My only minor complaint is it took an extra hour when I thought it would only take 2 but it took 3 hours for a half head.
Anita was really nice, she welcomed me with a coffee and she understood exactly what I wanted. I'm really happy with my haircut and my experience overall.
