I had a hair cut and blow dry and was very pleased with the level of service. Jenny did exactly what I was after.
Good customer service and nice salon. I was happy with my haircut in the end but I felt like the hairdresser didn’t have much confidence and I had to give a bit of guidance as to what I wanted.
Had a restyle by Anita, love my new hair! She completely understood what I wanted and interpreted the style in the best way to suit my face. Getting so many compliments already!
Throughout the experience, my rating in my head bobbed around from 3 stars to 5.
What I didn’t like:
I was the only one in there really for hours so the other hairdressers were just going for cig breaks or doing their own hair, even when my hair dye was in longer than they said it should be
The glass my tea was served in burnt my fingers
My fringe was cut pretty short
I was left with dye on my forehead
Things I liked:
My stylist was really gentle when my hair knotted and was very meticulous on each stage
They had good music on
They chatted to me but left me be when I wanted to read
There was a biscuit with my tea
The main cut of my hair was good and she styled/finished it nicely
