What a great example of community cohesion this gem of a place is (Abbey Leisure Centre). You are greeted with the most welcoming smile from the Reception Staff. I use the facilities regularly and am a popular user of the Spa and their treatments. By far the best facial I have experienced. The massages were truly relaxing and the therapist's very professional and caring. I treat myself to a monthly facial and massage. My daughter is now a regular, happy client of the Abbey Spa.

For my first ever massage it was great. I was at ease straight away and the music kept the atmosphere very calm and relaxing. 100% will go back again soon!

The facilities were very good: good attention to cleaning and clear signage. The massage suite felt tidy and good quality products used. I would prefer dimmer lighting and maybe plants/scents to make it more luxe, rather than clinical (as it is meant to be a relaxing and pampering space). Kayta was attentive and gave good and clear explanations and suggestions post-massage. Overall, very good experience and will return again.
