The spa room was not clean and the mirror had water spots .Oils looked old and the brown towel what was used didn’t look clean .

a nice experience. However I called over 30 times across days to book the spa and nobody answered or responded back to my voicemails, it did make me stressed as it was a gift experience. Somebody did eventually answer the phone, but the signal was a little poor and they just hung up and didn’t attempt to call me back. I called back instantly and nobody answered again. I had to travel to the spa hoping I could book there and luckily I could. Our masseuse was lovely and kind but did really hurt.
