i arrived at 10am on a Sunday and the treatment room floor was very dirty. i may have arrived before the cleaner but i feel we should not have to pay to have treatment in a dirty environment.The mirror was also all smudged.

That massage was amazing! I would highly recommend. Literally perfect. Lovely room and the staff are very friendly - if you are someone who likes music during a massage maybe bring along a little speaker as somethings you can hear the noise from the corridor
