Staff are friendly and professional. I am enjoying relaxing waxing, on-time appointments and quick (though never rushed) treatments. What's not to like?

It’s a nice venue and Nikki was very good, I had a Hollywood and she did it very well. Also good level of chat - enough to establish a friendly relationship but not too much. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was really hot inside and the floor in the corridor was wet, but as it’s a spa it’s understandable.
