Nikki is great. It was my first time doing a Hollywood was. She was professional, calm, friendly and put me at ease. Not to mention very light handed. I highly recommend her! Will be going back.
Really happy with my wax, Nikki was very friendly and welcoming, makes you feel very relaxed. Would highly recommend 10/10
Overall a very relaxing experience but a couple of niggles. 1) After undressing waited over 5 mins for the staff member to return which ate into my treatment time. For a 40 min treatment actual massage time was closer to 30 mins. 2) No consultation before starting the treatment. I have very tight shoulders which I would have asked the therapist to focus on if given the opportunity.
