Excellent experience of the spa the facial last for maximum 7 mins apart from the mask. Which was disappointing.

The spa had three different steam rooms and a sauna, so that is impressive. We didn't realise that there was a relaxation area until the end of our session. If we had known, we would have taken a break from the wet spa area to chill. The whirlpool area is great and very clean. It got pretty busy but that could have been the time of day (lunchtime).
We had a facial and massage each, and the ladies who did them were absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable and we felt so relaxed and looked after

Really great spa. We were well looked after by staff and the facilities were great. I had a brilliant Express Facial which I could not fault! The massage included in our package was good overall but the therapist spent a large majority of time on a very half arsed foot massage (after I said the main problem area was upper back!) and kept dragging a wheely chair around the room to sit down while massaging which somewhat ruined the ambiance. Overall would really recommend though!
