The staff on reception were absolutely lovely and helpful! Also the girl that did our facials was so knowledgeable and friendly too. One downfall was they were decorating the spa - this was not enjoyable. It smelt of paint and there were men waiting whilst me and my friend were in our robes. Not appropriate to relax!!!!!
