Had Katya for a massage which was good, she could have explained a bit about the massage before hand for example oils being used and the type of pressure I would like. I felt a bit rushed and there was no personal touch.
Spa facilities were good with exception of the salt inhalation room which was out of order.

Great value for money. Spa is a little small and one of the spa steam rooms was not working but not a big problem as there are a couple more to use. Massage was good, therapist was talking far too much which was getting rather annoying as I could not relax. Overall, I would definitely come here again!

I truly enjoyed my experience at Abbey SPA. I only went for underarm wax which took about 10 min. The place is very clean and the therapist was very friendly and attentive the entire time. I will definitely be back as it was the most pleasant waxing treatment I've ever had!

I have to say I had one of the best experience at Abbey Spa. The lady was very nice and professional and although I was concerned as the hollywood wax is always a little painful, she made the process very quick and easy for me and doing a great job! I will go back!
