We didn’t receive the complimentary drinks, paid a deposit to hire a robe and towel, but just got a towel. Two of the ‘experience’ showers within the spa room weren’t working properly, only emitting cold water.

Great experience, the staff were friendly and the wax was efficient. They also have a loyalty card scheme where you get a free treatment after 5 treatments.
