Our spa day was cancelled last minute so we had to rearrange to use our voucher. Whilst I had paid for a 50 minute treatment (which i was so looking forward to) I was out within 20 minutes?!. I couldn’t tell because there wasn’t a clock in the room but my mother had been waiting and was shocked to see me. What a waste of money?! There was clearly a mix up but staff were unapologetic when we questioned this. The facilities weren’t the best, no soap and loo roll in the loos and water all over the seats in the relaxation room. Quite creepy men in the jacuzzi too which wasn’t fun, but then again it is mixed sex some days.
Swedish Massage
Been here twice. Nice spa, a little small so can be busy/loud when there's a lot of people. The massage was good and the 2 hours use of spa facilities within the stress buster package is plenty.
Overall a good & reasonably price spa within the area.

I booked a massage with access to the spa facilities as a nice thing to do during the day on my birthday. I booked well in advance, but unfortunately on the day of my treatment the spa called to say that the massage therapist wasn’t available and I wouldn’t be able to have my massage that day. They did grant me access to the spa facilities, but, though they make a nice extra to enjoy with a treatment, they’re not really something you’d do on their own on a special occasion. I did reschedule the full body massage for another day and it was great, but all in all I wouldn’t book here again as they just weren’t reliable.
