Staff were very nice and massage and facial really good. However the venue is terrible, ceiling with paint coming over, relaxation room was dark and dull - did not even want to lay on the bed type things as couldn’t tell whether it was clean. Changing rooms were not clean, someone left jelly beans and peas in one shower cubicle floor and no shower gel provided which is ridiculous for a spa- so had to have a shower when I got home. Range of steam rooms is good but spa pool is very small which fits 4 people max, definitely not for swimming which I thought it would be. Staff were really good, treatment decent but venue is probably the worst I’ve been to date. Company is not providing value for money at all.

This spa is always clean, the staff are great and attentive, the massage I had was also fantastic! Definitely recommend it!
