I have raised complaints with both Edward Barton (The aesthetic Lab) - don’t be fooled by the pics used on Treatwell that shows AMC aesthetics (they went into liquidation). Paid for 3 areas £220.00. Dreadful exp - treatment - ended up with swollen hood eyes, lined appearing at side of eyes and forehead line visible after only 2 weeks. Got spoken down to and swore at by Ed Barton. AVOID. To date no response from Treatwell (3 emails). Trip to the small claims court for these cowboys.

Joanne, as usual was lovely! I had my first laser hair removal appointment, and she explained what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Joanne also informed me that there are wedding packages available if I want to have any treatments to look and feel my best on my wedding day. Thanks again Joanne x
