I had a course of lymphatic drainage massages with Nadia and after every session I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed, both physically and mentally.
My inflammation and swelling massively reduced after just the first session.
Nadia is super knowledgeable, professional and considerate and knows exactly how to manage your areas of concern through a holistic approach, which is so important!

Had an incredible experience with the Alpha & Omega massage by Nadia! From start to finish, it was everything I needed and more.
