I had a very bad experience at Anise Spa & would not recommend their services. I booked a bikini wax with Sumita. Firstly, the staff themselves did not wear their masks properly at all times. For the wax itself, it took double as long as previous ones, the wax was FAR too hot, even after telling Sumita, and I suffered burns that still haven’t faded after 2 weeks. Wax was left on my skin that I couldn’t remove at home, and I had to redo the wax myself at home since it was done so poorly. 0 stars.

Sumita was an incredible masseuse: very knowledgable about bodies, skin & tension. I was well looked after & very relaxed, will definitely be back next month!
There were also lots of protective measures in place to keep us both safe & to keep the environment hygienic. These did not interfere with my experience at all, so thank you. Highly recommend
