When I went for my appointment the lady at the desk told me my appointment was not booked, I felt she she was unhelpful and offering me another day which is not good for me, also told me I wasn’t a priority client as I booked with Treatwell. I booked today for a reason. I will not be recommending the salon and I will not be returning. Very poor service and unhappy customer.

I tried to like it but just didn’t feel comfortable. The lady who did my pedicure was initially more concerned with her previous client whose nails were drying. I felt she really didn’t want to be touching my feet and huffed a few times. Perhaps she’d had a long day..?! The outcome was nice but felt £36 was a bit much. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I felt I had to on this occasion. On the plus side, they seem to offer a lot of variety and the cucumber water was a nice touch!
