Always a pleasure to deal with. The Treatwell calendar didn't match up with the salon's but I got a very prompt call letting me know and rearranging a new date. I've been very pleased with their services in the past.

Such a terrible experience with this salon. I arrived at my appointment time to be told that there had be an error and I could only have a reduced treatment from 45 mins to 30 mins. Begrudgingly I consented and went ahead with the treatment as no other options were presented to me. It was a massage however the hot stones weren't even warm and took 10 mins to heat up so that was a big chunk missing. Then I wasn't asked if the pressure was okay so I said myself I wanted it firm and it didn't feel as though the pressure was adapted at all. Then at the end of the treatment,a full 20 mins later, she pulled a towel out that had been under my feet throughout and rubbed it over my back. Disappointed does even come close. I have been having extremely bad backache and came for a reason but I may as well have flushed the money down. the toilet.
Efficient, friendly, quick & excellent service ! Very happy ... will highly recommend
