This would have been a lovely treatment had not been for the fact that the salon does not have dimmer lights in the treatment rooms, so the lights were really bright and not at all relaxing. I had to put a towel over my eyes! Bizarre. The actual massage was good but it was advertised here as being 1 hour 15 mins but it was only 1 hour. Also more time seemed to be spent on my arms and legs than my back. And they didn't touch my neck so bit disappointing overall. Staff were lovely though.

Was very quick and efficient. Staff were really nice. Nails were ok but there wasn't a lot of choice of gel colours, hasn't properly covered some of my nails and wasn't cheap considering the type of gel used. Could do with a proper pedicure chair for feet as staff had to sit on the floor.

The lady who did my waxing was very nice, she did a good job!

Short of staff, the lady had to run from me to another client..but she did a good job, very polite.
The staff was great very friendly and the place was clean unfortunately when you doing your pedicure you're sitting on a normal chair I think that we would have been better if it was a actual proper pedicure chair with be more relaxing.
