I probably wouldn’t return. I think I was the last customer of the day and felt they were waiting to close up. The lights on the room were so bright they made my eyes water whilst led down having my treatment. The girl that completed my treatment was lovely but a little unconfident which made me feel uneasy, she then got dye on my clothing, which she proceeded to rub in.
Absolutely brilliant, made me feel really welcome and relaxed and the service was excellent.
Half uneaten breakfast left on front reception desk - not a good first impression. Staff member was friendly and professional
