Very friendly staff and welcoming from the arrival. I took Natalie by surprise when I said I wanted to donate my hair and showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like after. Despite taking her by surprise she did a fantastic job and adapted the style I wanted to what would suit me best.
I was a bit nervous on what my shorter hair would look like but loved the finish.
I received so many compliments after! Would definitely recommend!
