So cold - the room was so cold, the oil not heated, couldn’t relax at all. The lights where so bright that it was uncomfortable laying there for an hour… the staff is very nice but the massage was very soft when I asked for strong and after it I just felt no different and not relaxed and disappointed I paid for this…

The facial was great and Michelle was really lovely and made me feel relaxed and at ease
Deep Cleansing Facial
The venue was lovely and the staff welcoming, but my therapist used a metal tool for extraction which left me with small grazes over my face which are still healing.
