Bit of a stretch to call this a spa day. Pool, steam room and sauna was adequate although two of the Jacuzzis weren't working and there was nowhere to sit and relax around the pool (not that you'd really want to it was dark and dingy). You then had to walk to another floor and part of the building to get to the spa area where there was a small waiting room which they called the 'relaxation room'-no hot stone beds or lounge chairs/beds as pictured on website, more of a cupboard with sofa. Credit to the ladies doing the treatments though they were excellent and thoroughly enjoyed although the constantly skipping relaxation cd did kill the ambience a bit. Slightly disasterous day was rounded off by the ladies from the spa chasing us into the reception area and embarrassing us by saying we hadn't paid when in fact they had messed up putting our voucher through twice already earlier on in the day and had lost it and we had to sit and wait a further 15 minutes while they ran around trying to work out what they had done with it. Finally they located and admitted was there error and we were able to leave. Very disappointed, had a great time at the bannatynes spa in Hastings but definitely will not be returning to Ashford.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and informative about skin conditions. The spa treatment was relaxing and professional. The pool, steam room and sauna were good. The whole experience was enjoyable and I would book again.
first time used wahanda and found it be be a very stress free experince... parking facilities are great and the staff and salon were great ..will be useing again
I had an appointment for gel nails and found the spa/treatment area to be very relaxing. The lady that did my nails was very friendly which alone makes for a good experience. My nails looked amazing afterward and I would definitely recommend a treatment here to any of my friends. I am now deciding on what my next treatment should be and there's lots to choose from.😊
