I booked and paid through treatwell for my appointment on sunday only to get a message on Saturday night saying they appointment didnt exist. Spent about an hour on the phone trying to sort it out. Wax was different to the one I booked online. Only upside the staff were lovely both onsite and in the call centre

After a "mix up" at head office my treatment had not been booked in with the spa. I was made to feel that this was my fault by the man on reception. He made me feel like a real inconvenience. The treatment was good and the young lady made me feel very at ease and was very thorough. I would however never return to this spa due to the reception staff.

For those of you coming to us with for a pamper spa day we offer a great location with only a 15 minutes drive to the city centre. We are also based next to the Cardiff Lifestyle Park so as well as your spa and beauty therapy you can indulge yourself in some retail therapy too!
