one of the best spa breaks we have ever been on. the spa staff were so accomodating and couldnot do enough to help. The facilaties were beautiful and clean. the hotel was lovely and the staff were a pleasure to be around.even though the spa and hotel were on different sites this didnot detrack from the pleasure of our stay. would not hesitate to recommend the hotel or the spa.
Had such a great time on the spa break. Only downside was spa facilities are shared with general members of the public so was quite busy in jacuzzi and sauna/steam rooms. Also the food menu in restaurant didn't have many options so just ends up with a dessert and no main course
Positives: Staff lovely, amazing massages, lovely room
Negatives: expected more from spa facilities, geared more towards a gym then a spa. Felt more like seperate purchases then an overall spa package. Mold on the fruit in the hotel room
Overall though, would definite consider again in the future
Loved it great relaxing get away would recommend to everyone needing a break was worth it even for a night
Very helpful staff. We struggled to find the place with the directions given on the hotel's website. The reorganised our treatments to accommodate our late arrival.
