I was slightly put-off by the long waiting time, which was a surprise as I had selected a quiet time and booked ahead. (I will put that down to the customer prior to taking longer than expected)
Once in the seat, though things moved fast and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. Very attentive, professional and obliging.
