I had the worst salon experience with Cheyanne.I was late starting, she drank her own drink whilst not offering and told that my hair would be cut dry and not wet as I had booked. The rest of the session was extremely rushed and after my hair was washed I asked if it could be blasted dry as it was cold outside and was told no. I was shouted at, told it was my fault for not booking blow dry and burnt by the hairdryer once agreed by colleague and they talked about me before I even left the salon!

Quirky little venue down some small staircases (may not be suitable for people with mobility issues, but I loved the character of the place). As suggested by the name, there's not a lot of natural light but I just went in for a quick trim/dry cut so it wasn't a big deal.
Georgina was lovely and made me feel at ease - she respected my request not to put too much product in my hair as it is fine and gets greasy easily, and gave me useful home colouring advice.
