Welcoming, down to earth atmosphere which I find very relaxing. I have been coming regularly for about a year and we always seem to share something amusing.
They always listen to my requirements (and I am very demanding!). Happy clients and happy stylists. Children also attend.
(please note that there are spiral steps to negotiate to the basement, I just take my time)
There are also busy beauty and nail services on the ground floor of the premises that I intend to try when I have more time.

I was overall content with my blow dry and they accommodate me well especially as I booked last minute. I was a bit disappointed when they were running 30-40 mins late and the person who washed my hair did not know how to do it did not increase my confidence. Overall my experience was ok
