Sarah was lovely, she was very knowledgeable and experienced (which was a huge change from my last experiences)
She spoke me through my hair and what cut would best suit me and to try. Really easy to talk to and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Very happy with the cut and will be returning to her for my cut and blow dry in the future.

This was the first time I had visited The Basement. Sarah was very welcoming. Listened to how I wanted the cut. Advised me what she was going to do. I went with my daughter in law who also had a wash cut and blow. Sarah advised her not to have her hair thinned but she would reduce the bulk of her hair by chopping into it. It was refreshing to find someone that advised you what is best rather than just following instructions. We were both really pleased with our cuts and will definitely be back.
