Really pleased with my hair again. I wanted something different this time and Caroline got it just how I wanted. The whole team are so lovely at the basement. I wasn't sure how shaping would look, so other stylists came over to show me their hair! I've only been coming to this salon since the end of August and I already feel really comfortable at my appointments, it's like I've been coming here for years. Thank you

First visit to The Basement as I am new to the area. I took a gamble choosing somewhere online that had a slot free and it paid off! Sarah did a great job and checked in with me at every stage that I was happy. I am delighted with the colour and cut and will be back in a couple of months!
