Delighted with my haircut! It was my first time at The Basement and I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable, Courtney was my stylist, she listened to me and gave advice and we came up with a plan for my hair. She did an excellent job. I am very happy I found The Basement and have already booked to go back.
