I came in early expecting a relaxing and pampered day, instead it was really stressful, Shobi I feel constantly watches the stylist at work and its very off putting as a client and surely must be for her aswell. Another client came in and I felt my appointment was completely pushed to the side by her wanting a complete hair colour change, arguing, bitching in the salon, not a pleasent experience at all! I was stressed out by it! Not enough time allocated between clients, really rushed.
