Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Shoib the manager was being horrible to Demeza, because she had overbooked. Demeza did my hair dark before and it was nice, however this time it wasn’t very good as I had asked to go lighter. Think basic hairdressing advice- never bleach the roots first! Such a bad atmosphere throughout- because it was overbooked- a lady came in for her hair cut, and had to leave and I was blamed for them not having time for her!!

The entire experience was uncomfortable, unrelaxing and frankly an embarrassingly low level of professionalism the whole way through. Everything from comments about my hair being sweaty (I explained I had been walking to the venue while it rained outside),checking phones & even leaving to speak to another customer. Shobi complained throughout the appointment's duration that I should've chosen oil for my hair despite asking for my preference! I felt like I was being insulted instead of relaxing.

I just had a balayage at this salon today. I am over the moon with my hair!!! 😀 The salon is very clean and welcoming and really easy to find. This is the first time I have had a balayage and i had a couple of bad experiences when getting my hair ombrē'd so I was a little apprehensive. My hair turned out beautifully. Shobi is a lovely lady who makes you feel at ease and is very easy to talk to. I cannot recommend Demenza or this salon enough. Will definitely be back! Can't wait! Thanks ladies ♥

Really good massage. Shobi is clearly an experienced expert and removed the knots in my back. Will go back again!
