I asked for advice on colours. saying I wanted a 'natural' looking half-head of highlights, but the outcome was far blonder (my hair is dark brown) and a lot less natural than I would have liked. In fairness, they re-dyed the highlights there and then for me, so it did look a bit better by the time I left, but I still felt the placement of the highlights and the end look left quite a lot to be desired. I do appreciate them taking the time to try and fix it though, and they were very nice.

Agi is a great stylist who really knows her stuff. I was getting my hair dyed for the first time ever so I didn't know what to expect. It turned out great and I have had many compliments on my hair :)
