They kept to my appointment time. When they removed my acrylics it would be painful at times but the technician would apologise. Also the shape and finished look of my gel nails is nice, but it feels a very thin.

I was in a different part of town and had a couple of hours to kill so booked a last-minute take-off and new set of acrylics with shellac polish. I somehow booked the wrong service on the TW app and had difficulty explaining what I wanted to the technician as his english was very poor. The manager was more helpful, but I did feel as though I was being rushed, and that my preferences were not fully understood and ended up opting for a more basic finish than I would usually have for this reason. The nail work itself was done to a good standard, although I couldn't give 5 stars as they were not quite at high standard I have received at other salons.
