They managed to fit me in for a facial a few hours before my initial treatment- which was a lash lift and tint. However, they completed a more expensive facial. I was told the price was slightly higher at the end- I was not going to make a fuss about paying £30 extra- however, as I had not booked it and I stated which one I wanted... I thought it'd be wise to see what they will do themselves- either pass or demand payment. Nevertheless, the manager stated she will charge what I initially was supposed to pay for- which I personally thought was good customer service.
Overall, the treatment was good and I would recommend them. The girls were lovely in there.
Love this salon! My eyebrow tint and wax is the best I have ever had and I had such a choice with colours for my mani! I have had so many treatments and I am really impressed, never fail to complete my treatments with professionalism and to a high standard! Thank you ladies! I will be returning!
