Only two staff working, paid for a luxury manicure, as the other person was doing a treatment, the person doing my manicure, answered the phone five times, while supposed to be doing my treatment. Booked for an hour. They do not seem to have proper equipment, to do a luxury manicure, used kitchen towel to wipe my hands, could see no sterilizing equipment, to clean tools.
