Pooja is such a charming professional who not only knows how to give best in her services, but also to keep her clients comfortable and happy. At the end of the session, a new customer is guaranteed to become a long lasting friend!
I got my waxing and facial done by Pooja, and both were up to my mark. I have a very sensitive skin and facial is something I never risk, but with her Dermalogica recommended facial products, my skin feels fresh and healthy with no side effects. She has a very gentle hand.
My waxing experience was equally good, and she was happy to re-do patches which did not come out clean in the first instance (there were hardly 2). Can't remember the wax brand, but it did not irritate my skin.
The salon was neat and tidy with ample of natural light, and approachable via public transport ( I rely on it)
Overall a very good experience, will come back for more.
