I came in for a full body wax slightly frazzled after a hectic morning but Pooja’s warm personality (and lovely coffee) had an instantaneous calming effect on me. From start to finish, this was the most personalised client-centric beauty treatment experience I have ever had. Pooja is an absolute super star! We had a great conversation, which distracted from the pain and before I knew it, the treatment was complete. Pooja worked meticulously and efficiently with great attention to detail, regularly checking that I was happy with each area. She was very thorough with aftercare, paying close attention to my specific needs. She provided helpful guidance on at-home aftercare and even texted me the following morning to check how my skin was getting on. Thank you so much Pooja for a superb full body wax and the lovely housewarming present!
