Pooja was very strict about following the Health and Safety aspect of my treatment. Initially, I had gone for eyelash tinting after doing a 24-hour patch test. She rang to ensure that I did not have any allergy to the dye and so we confirmed an appointment for the tinting the next day.
A truly lovely result that enhanced the appearance of my eyes. Thank You, Pooja.
When I suggested facial waxing, she did a small portion of the side of my face with hot wax. Her suggestion was that, because of my sensitive skin, we should wait for 24-hours before doing any more facial waxing to see how my skin would react.
She assured me that my skin would not suffer any ill effects.
She was correct, I got the rest of sides done. Absolutely painless.
Made another appointment this time to wax my legs. Painless.
I would recommend the salon and Pooja's work. Intend to be a loyal customer because, of the honesty and integrity with which the work was completed. Thank You, for making waxing a pleasant experience!!
