I was really disappointed by my experience at Beauty Box. The wax was fine but the service was not what I expected after reading so many great reviews.
The staff barely spoke to me and I was rushed in and out of the treatment room very abruptly. The wax took approximately 2 minutes (I realise that this is a very every day treatment but it was by far the quickest wax I have EVER had) and I felt that very little attention was given to doing a good job.
I would not return.

Manicure didn't last as long as previous ones as nails weren't painted right to the top.
Always pleased. love coming here. such a treat. gel mani lasts two weeks and cant wait for next next treatment.
