Terrible, terrible wax. A mix of hot wax and strips was used, it was incredibly painful - worst I've ever had - and lots of hair was left at the end.

Swift, professional file and polish. The staff are nice, but quite business-like, no chatting really, but that's fine with me. The table you sit is one table with all other people getting manicures, so not much personal space! However, they let me stay in the waiting area to allow the polish to dry which was kind of them. The polish has lasted 3 days now with absolutely no chipping which I am really happy about. Would return.
