Upon my confirmation of 3pm online, I was notified via email that they were unable to do that time as somebody else had booked in, but could offer 3:30pm instead. When I called to confirm, the lady explained Party Lashes and how they work. I arrived a few minutes early and seen almost immediately. When having individual lashes on normally I lie flat and have a protection for bottom lashes. Here, you sit slightly back in an up right position and as a result had the glue enter my eyes a fair amount of times, it stung, but could have been avoided had they used the normal position for eyelash application. Overall the lady who worked on my eyes did a good job, a few gaps, but again, I blame the position of the bed as it doesn't allow free movement with me lying down to really see your work.
Probably wouldn't return as I prefer individual lashes for a more natural look, overall for a party weekend or special occasion I would recommend.
I am so pleased that I have found this lovely little salon. The girls are friendly and my therapist did a great job. My Hollywood wax was super fast and virtually pain free. Also a great selection of shellac colours.. Very pleased. Highly recommended!
I booked in for a soak off and it is the worst job I have ever had. I had to point our gel left on my nails - at least 6 nails and some more than once! She was sloppy, bad attitude, and not very efficient. My nails are still rough! I had to go and buy an nail file to fix my nail shape which was aweful! I asked for square but rounded edges. I had to ask twice and it still was shocking. My nails were sharp, badly filed, too square with sharp edges and had loads of filing under my nails!
I feel cheated I paid for this! I wouldn't have even taken money for this! And it really smells strong of acetone - they should at least try to do something about how strong it smells. Fake smiles and not very welcoming. Make you feel like they are doing you a favour! And such favour I would definitely not even accept free of charge, but had to pay for on top of it.
I wasn't even at a nail table - was on a bed!
