The venue was nice but the treat not as good. The therapist went over and over the waxed area trying to remove the hair without much success leaving a very irritated skin. Don’t think I will go back again
Incorrectly placed my booking for the wrong time and day. Therefore, rescheduled the booking to a new time and say to suit when I had achieved. As I arrived to the new booking a story had been made up stating I had called them to change. Odd atmosphere, and no apology for wasting my time.
I tried this quick treatment after Farhana kindly recommended it for my facial pigmentation/scarring and I also did some further research online after speaking with her. I am yet to see the results as it takes some time to heal but I am confident that it was good advice to give it a try.
This was my first time here and I will now be coming weekly for this treatment I enjoyed it so much. I was so pleased with my head massage by Farhana in such a brand new sparklingly beautiful salon, she was very kind and understood what I was after as a tired mummy. Fantastic value for a 30 minute treatment. I was so happy that I asked to recommend another 30 min treatment and I had a wonderful hydra facial with microdermabrasion and got some great advice to try cryopen for my facial scarring. Do not let rubbish reviews put you off this place!
I arrived at my appointment which I paid in advance, and no one was there. I rang the office 6xs and waited for 20 minutes and no one came. I expect to be reimbursed and would never go back.
