Went into eyebrow wax & didn’t ask anything about what kind of shaping. Afterwards didn’t check that eyebrow shape was ok with me & since then I’ve had ingrown hairs above my eyebrows (never had before).
Hollywood was substandard, it didn’t get out all hair (fine in middle as was tender so going over wasn’t advised) but edges many areas not covered.
After wax lots of lycon wax left on & around my vulva. Was painful to remove after. Appointment finished early & felt therapist was rushed.

Salon was good, good choice of gel colours and therapist was good. Only problem was that the gels all chipped off within one week so didn't last long
