Therapist was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately the venue and facility let’s the treatment down. Service is completed on a beauty bed, without any water- no scrub, no skin removal available.

Despite staff very friendly my both treatments were very bad. Dry cuticles were pushed and teared out with pace cutter and that was very painful. Now they look terrible. Shellac applied without care and attention to details. Lost 2 nails on the day of treatment and had to go to fix both, feet and hands, to different salon next day. I have asked for refund, as the shellac needed to be remove and either manicure or pedicure were not done, but received less than 50% off what I paid even if I have sent the photos of my nails. UV lamp was very dirty. Wasn’t feeling comfortable to put my feet or hands inside. Manicure done on cosmetic bed, as the salon don’t have manicure station. Very disappointed.
