The clinic was short of one staff so the therapist felt like she was rushed- saying this however she did a wicked job at a quick non-fuss full Brazilian. I had not had a Brazilisn for quite some time so was anticipating it to be rather uncomfortable, but the therapist ensured she kept my mind busy by chatting away and we had some good laughs. The salon/clinic is very cosy and neat. I will go back for my following treatments but will pay the extra money for a full hot wax as it definitely is less painful than strip waxing. Thanks for good results.
Fantastic massage, very personalised treatment, great value for money. The only thing I'd say is that it is a bit noisy - they need better sound-proofing for the rooms
I enjoyed the experience, had gel polish, very nice colour, hopefully it will stay long. Nice, clean place, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly staff, nice and fast appointment. She did miss a strip of hair on my legs but I do have very blonde hair so is understandable. Otherwise perfect, just what I needed.
It is not at all clear where they are located from the website or google maps- I had ended up at the Beauty House (131 Hammersmith rd), had to ask them where it was only for them to tell me this was the 3rd person to have done the same thing as me. Called up the Beauty Clinic, only to be basically be told we are at 128 Hammersmith road, after clearly explaining where I was, I had to pry out landmarks from the receptionist to figure out where this place actually was, and nearly be late for the appointment as it was 5 minutes down the road on the opposite side of the road. The manicure- OPI shellac is certainly a better choice of brand, compared to others I have tried. However, the manicurist is not terribly good with the brush strokes- upon closer inspection you can see unevenness. Additionally, I don't feel she put on enough coats as you can faintly see through the manicure where the white part of my nail is. All in all, probably won't go there again unless there is a really good price for a shellac.
